Choose your device and answer a handful of condition questions. The offer updates live. It's a real offer, not an estimate: the number you see is what we pay if the device matches your description. Offers are valid for 14 days.

Devices under our minimum offer (currently $5.00) can still be sent to us for free, responsible recycling.

Sign in, confirm you own the device and are 18+, and provide a government ID (Idaho secondhand dealer rules — we store it encrypted and delete it after 3 years). For phones, enter the IMEI: we check it against stolen/blocked databases before paying.

Then confirm your hazard disclosures. If the device has a lithium battery it must travel by ground with the UN3481 mark. If the battery is swollen or leaking, carriers won't take it — we'll arrange a local drop-off instead. Broken glass gets taped and wrapped.

We buy the label; you print it with a packing sheet that has the packing steps and the battery mark on it. Track it from your account.

On arrival the device is logged and held unaltered for the local ordinance period (10 days) so law enforcement can verify it isn't stolen. Then we inspect it against your answers and erase all storage to NIST SP 800-88 — you get a certificate.

If we find a difference you get a revised offer with photos and a plain-language reason. Accept it, or decline and we ship the device back at our cost. No response within 7 days means the revised offer is accepted, so keep an eye on your email.

Bank transfer via Stripe (fastest — usually same day), PayPal, or a mailed check. A receipt is available in your account for your records.
